My Approach

A collaborative, practical path to change

I use an evidence-based, collaborative approach that focuses on practical change. My core model draws on coaching psychology and behaviour-change principles to support progress toward meaningful goals. Where needed, I integrate therapeutic models and strategies (cognitive or other psychological interventions) to address obstacles like anxiety, low mood, or unhelpful thinking patterns. This flexible approach lets me tailor the work to your needs, whether the focus is improving wellbeing, changing habits, or addressing specific psychological concerns.
